Sandra Winter is the founder of Integrated Physiotherapy. She set out to start a holistic practice in 2011, and has successfully grown it with the help of her associates Johanna, Scott and Jo-Ane to the practice it is today.
Sandra qualified in 1992 with the Exercise Teachers Association and continued to qualify as a physiotherapist in 1995 in Stellenbosch. Post graduate qualifications include the much-admired Orthopaedic Manipulative therapy (1999) and Sports Physiotherapy (2005).
Further working experience includes working in the UK in the NHS (1996). Since then, she has worked in private practice in Durban and has spent the last 18 years in George. She has been involved with the Sunshine Tour Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation unit since 2003 and has managed it since 2010. She has further collaborated with Women’s Golf South Africa, managing the physical conditioning of the squad from 2005 to date.
Sandra believes in combining screening of movement patterns, abnormal vs normal movement and relating these bio-mechanical movement patterns to the specific sport or function to be able to improve the sports and functional movements.
It is obvious that Sandra is interested in golf as she personally played golf at International and National level and still competes as a Mid-Amateur at National level. She also enjoys cycling and living an active social lifestyle.

Corné studied and qualified from the University of the Free state in 1994. She then went on and completed her post-graduate Qualification as an Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapist in 2000.
Her career kicked off at Pelonomi Hospital in Bloemfontein and in 1997 she went solo. She owned and managed a busy practice at Medicross until 2002. When the Hattinghs decided to spread their wings internationally to explore Europe, she worked at the outpatient department (2002-2004) of the QEII Hospital in the UK.
On their return from the UK, Corné became a mother to their son, whilst also working part-time in Secunda until 2014. Corné joined Integrated Physiotherapy in 2017 and become the newest associate of the practice in 2023.
Being involved and participating in sport all her life - sports-injuries and thus, returning the patient to competing, excites her immensely. Although actively involved in the whole spectrum of physiotherapy, helping patients with headaches stands out as a special interest.
In her free time , Corné is actively involved with Eden Triathlon, as a committee member and as a Technical Official. She still enjoys running (although the mileage has declined significantly over time!). And when she is not working or running, she can be found in her garden or amongst the horses.
